Experiential Learning Practice
Designed to help RMTs learn about, and develop skills in the processes of reflective practice, the Experiential Learning Exercise supports the continual evolution of competence throughout the career span.
A core expectation in any profession, reflective practice involves critically self-analyzing professional performance, with a goal of enabling ongoing improvement while further developing areas of strength and expertise.
The intent of the Experiential Learning Exercise is to focus on ‘learning by doing’ which links directly to the Career-Span Competency: Practice in a self-reflective manner.
All RMTs are required to complete and submit the Experiential Learning Exercise each year, beginning in Year 2.
