The Self-Assessment is the starting point of continuing professional development and performance improvement.

Aligning with the 15 Career-Span Competencies, the Self-Assessment is comprised of performance indicators that will help RMTs to self-assess current levels of performance as an RMT.

Meaningful self-assessment is a thoughtful and reflective process that requires an investment of time and effort.

While all RMTs are required to complete and submit the Self-Assessment every two years, individual results are accessible only to the RMT.
